Our system uses multiple levels of verification and will automatically retry if a step cannot be completed. It is important that applicants select the primary bank account(s) used for direct deposits and rental payments. If the applicant does not connect the appropriate accounts, the report will still be generated based on the data provided, but it may be missing key information such as income or rental payment history. Since the report was processed on the data the applicant chose to provide, this does not qualify for a refund.
