We use your information solely for tenant screening purposes:
- To generate consumer reports for tenant screening
- To verify your identity, income, and employment status
- To detect and prevent fraud

4. Data Storage and Security
Important: We do NOT store your transaction-level financial data or detailed bank account information.
We process your financial information through Plaid to generate a consumer report, but we do not retain the underlying transaction details. The report we generate contains aggregated verification data (such as income verification and employment verification) but does not include specific transaction information.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, access controls, and secure data transmission protocols.
5. Information Sharing
What landlords receive: The consumer report provided to you is the same report provided to the landlord you authorize. This report contains:
- Identity verification results
- Income verification summary
- Employment verification summary
- Rental payment history analysis
- Risk assessment scores
What landlords DO NOT receive: Specific bank transaction details, account numbers, or granular financial data.
You have full control over which landlords receive your report. You can approve or withdraw your application at any time before the report is shared.
We do not share or sell consumer personal information.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can request a copy of your consumer report
- Correction: You can dispute inaccurate information in your report
- Withdrawal: You can withdraw your application and prevent report sharing at any time before authorization
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
